(2007) Knowledge, Technology & Policy 20 (4).
This issue continues a tradition initiated by my predecessor. It is not a Special Issue, but instead it is a potpourri of miscellaneous papers I have received over the last year. I intend to continue this tradition in the following 2 years of my editorship, providing room for interesting papers outside the journal’s main circle. The issue has five papers, building on the journal’s two main strands, ranging from the social sciences to design-based papers. I am particularly delighted that the issue is global in reach, having paper from three continents. That writers represent both universities and businesses is also something I find satisfying.
