Fatigue and exhaustion are critical topics and more prominent in an era of devastation, damage and destruction caused by the Anthropocene. While psychosocial studies have investigated these issues, philosophy has yet to conduct further research on the phenomenon of exhaustion. This compilation of papers will be published as a special journal issue and as a monograph-type of book and seeks to be informed by philosophical, psychosocial, and other research with a view of developing a more phenomenological, existential, and ontologicaltheory of fatigue/exhaustion.
