Creating a culture of knowledge sharing in law firms

Martin Schulz , Marcel Klugmann

pp. 386-391

Creating and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing is, in practice, one of the most difficult tasks when introducing a Knowledge Management system into a law firm. Most of the problems described below can only be overcome by strong support and role-modelling of senior management as well as by repeatedly stressing and demonstrating the long-term benefits of Knowledge Management.
